Los zuecos Plakton de fieltro lana son cómodos y duraderos que requiere un cuidado adecuado para mantener su calidad y prolongar su vida útil. Aquí tienes algunas sugerencias para cuidar tus zuecos:
Eliminación de manchas, con un cepillo suave o un paño húmedo. Evitar agua caliente, ya que puede dañar el filtro y provocar que encoja.
No meter en la lavadora/secadora. Si tus zuecos se mojan, déjalos secar al aire a temperatura ambiente. No exponerlos directamente al sol o meterlos en la secadora, puede deformar el fieltro.

TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from our logistics company, UPS. In this email you will find the tracking number and instructions you can use to find where your order is. RETURNS
All of our products are made to a very high and careful standard and we hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy for whatever reason, you have 14 days of receipt of your order to return it. We can offer a refund of your order, but you will still have to pay for the shipping costs.
Before 14 days since you receive your order*, you have to handle a return request in our Returns Page.
Make sure you keep your tracking code, as if there is any problems, you will have to contact us to: help@plaktonsandals.com.
*Please note that the returned products must be unworn, unwashed, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable conditions. If the products are not in this condition, we can cancel the change and you will still have to be charged the cost associated to the return.
