Instrucciones de cuidado recomendadas.
Los zuecos Plakton pueden protegerse utilizando la mayoría de los protectores de piel/repelentes de agua de marca antes de usarlas por primera vez.
Si tus zuecos de serraje se manchan, usa un cepillo de cerdas suaves o un paño ligeramente húmedo para frotar suavemente la mancha. Evita el uso de agua caliente o productos químicos fuertes, ya que pueden dañar el material.
Esta información es sólo consultiva y no podemos indicar la mejor marca de Protector/Limpiador/Cera a utilizar, tampoco podemos hacernos responsables de cualquier daño causado a los zuecos al utilizar un Protector/Limpiador o Cera.

TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from our logistics company, UPS. In this email you will find the tracking number and instructions you can use to find where your order is. If you lose this email, you can contact us through: help@plaktonsandals.com and we will send you information about your order.
RETURNS
All of our products are made to a very high and careful standard and we hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy for whatever reason, you have 14 days of receipt of your order to return it. We can offer a refund of your order, but you will still have to pay for the shipping costs.
Before 14 days since you receive your order*, you have to handle a return request in our Returns Page.
Make sure you keep your tracking code, as if there is any problems, you will have to contact us to: help@plaktonsandals.com.
*Please note that the returned products must be unworn, unwashed, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable conditions. If the products are not in this condition, we can cancel the change and you will still have to be charged the cost associated to the return.
